Mixed Feelings: Beautiful Property w/Some Major Issues
I've been living here since September 2024 and my experience has been a mix of highs and lows. On the positive side, ... the buildings are beautiful and well-maintained, and the property upkeep is consistently excellent. The front office and maintenance staff are friendly and maintenance is always willing to help. The amenities, especially the gym, are a great addition, and having everything included in one fixed price is incredibly convenient. However, there are several significant downsides that have impacted my overall satisfaction. The heat and hot water go out frequently, which is a major inconvenience. The paint used in the apartments is of poor quality and gets marked up very easily. The walls are thin, so noise from neighbors is a constant issue. Additionally, there is dog poop and pee everywhere, which is unpleasant. The smell of cigarette and weed smoke is pervasive, even inside my apartment, and despite the front office being very nice, they haven't done anything to address these problems.
