For your convenience and to assist you with the application process, we have provided a secure, electronic version of the rental application.

  1. You may fill out the application online and print it.
  2. You may print the blank application and fill it out by hand.
  3. After completion, fax or bring the completed application to the rental office.

There will be an application fee of $50.00 for each person over the age of 18 that will be residing in the apartment. We also require a $200 holding deposit that is fully refundable within 48 hours after leaving the deposit. Once the 48 hours has passed the $200 holding deposit becomes non refundable, however once you take occupancy in your new apartment home the $200 that was placed as the holding deposit will be applied to your move in balance due on the day of move in.
